Q: Unable to send more points.

A: You've hit your daily limit. Retry tomorrow.

Q: Can I change my profile details/username?

A: Certainly. Navigate to settings, then click "Edit" under your username. Remember to save.

Q: Does the My Lava App have dark mode?

A: Yes, it's available in the settings.

Q: Unable to nudge my partner.

A: Nudging isn't possible while your partner is actively using the app.

Q: Where is my points history?

A: Click "Send Points," then navigate to the "History" tab.

Q: Completed a challenge, but it's not showing up in my stats/challenge history.

A: Your partner must approve it for it to appear.

Q: I lost points.

A: Verify with your partner; you may have received minus points.

Q: Points in Shop are fewer than on the home screen.

A: Likely, you've already redeemed some points in the shop.

Q: How do I add a partner?

A: Tap on the empty profile on the home screen, share the code with your partner, and have them enter it on their home screen after sign-up.

Q: No longer with my partner.

A: Remove your partner from the homescreen, delete your data, and add a new partner.
